    Location was good when travelling for business. Breakfasts were really good.

    The room that I booked advertised tea and coffee making facilities, but when I arrived it did not have these. When I enquired about this at reception they were rude and dismissive and I never did get these facilities. I had to order tea from room service, which was expensive, inconvenient and usually incorrect (hot milk, no milk, etc.)
